Who has the contracts where everyone agreed Florida and Michigan would not count?

I would like to know who actually has the contracts that were signed. Why are these contracts not made public? Exactly what is on them? There are lots of unanswered questions about these contracts.

    There is no contract, it’s up to the Democrat party how they choose a nominee, the states went against the Democrat party rules, after having been warned. As a resident of Michigan are legislature and Governor knew what they where doing and just didn’t care.

    The DNC – Democratic National Committee. They determine the rules for who will be allowed to attend their convention as a delegate.

    The fight is between the state Dem organizations and the national.

    huh? contracts? I don’t know where you got that idea but it is completely wrong

    MI and FL votes don’t count because they moved their primary vote dates up against party rules and were punished by not having their delegates seated

    no contracts were involved
